At Garden Plant Nursery (operated by SI TAY LLC), customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and guarantee policy below.
30-Day Alive & Thrive Guarantee
All plants are covered by our 30-Day Alive & Thrive Guarantee. If your plant arrives unhealthy or fails to thrive within 30 days of delivery (provided it was given proper care and planted in the correct growing zone), we will send a free replacement at no cost to you.
To claim your guarantee, contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the plant
- A brief description of the issue
Living Plants
Due to the nature of living plants, we cannot accept returns on plant orders. However, our 30-Day Guarantee covers unhealthy arrivals and plants that fail to thrive. Dormant plants: claims will not be accepted until the plant has been properly planted and given adequate time to establish.
Garden Supplies & Accessories
Non-plant items (garden supplies, tools, accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging. Customer pays return shipping costs.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Optional 1-Year Extended Warranty
We offer an optional 1-Year Extended Warranty (available at checkout) that provides a one-time replacement via store credit. Customer pays replacement shipping.
Order Cancellations
- Within 4 hours of checkout: Free cancellation
- After 4 hours: 25% restocking fee
- After shipping: Cannot be cancelled
