How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Transit time is typically 5-12 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What is the 30-Day Alive & Thrive Guarantee?
If your plant arrives unhealthy or fails to thrive within 30 days of delivery (with proper care and correct growing zone), we’ll send a free replacement. Simply contact us with a photo of the plant.
Can I return a plant?
Due to the nature of living plants, we cannot accept returns on plants. However, our 30-Day Guarantee covers unhealthy arrivals. Garden supplies can be returned within 30 days in original packaging — customer pays return shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through SSL-encrypted checkout.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of checkout at no charge. After 4 hours, a 25% restocking fee applies. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us at [email protected].
Do you offer an extended warranty?
Yes! We offer an optional 1-Year Extended Warranty that provides a one-time replacement via store credit. Customer pays replacement shipping. You can add this option during checkout.
