At Garden Plant Nursery (operated by SI TAY LLC), we are committed to delivering your plants in the healthiest condition possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Transit Time
Estimated transit time is 5-12 business days (Monday through Friday) depending on your location within the United States. Shipping dates are approximately 95% accurate but cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays and weather conditions.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $75 (contiguous US)
- Standard shipping: $7.99 – $14.99 depending on order size
- Express shipping options available at checkout
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the size and destination of your order to ensure the safest and fastest delivery.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
Some plants may be held for safe shipping when temperatures at either the origin or destination are below freezing or above 95°F. Spring items are typically shipped once temperatures are safe for transit. We will notify you if your order is affected.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery at the door. If you have already accepted a damaged package, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage at [email protected].
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Some restrictions may apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories due to agricultural regulations.
